Return and Exchange


Icenblings gladly accepts returns of merchandise purchased online if a returns request is made within 7 calendar days after receiving your item. Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and the item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. Every item must have their original tags still attached to qualify. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, contact us at with your invoice order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, which expires after 7 calendar days. If the return shipping label expires, a new label will not be issued and we will no longer accept the return.

Items sent back to us without an authorized return approval will not be accepted. 

Items whose tags have been removed do not qualify for returns or defect claims, even if the loose tags are included with the returned merchandise.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether a refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

S&H fees, including the minimum order surcharge, are not refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned merchandise back to us, unless it is damaged merchandise. 

For international shipments, we are not responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays. If a customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

For damaged merchandise, we will pay for return shipping costs and send replacement items at no additional shipping charge. Any damage or defect claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
